The Provider may have a camera system for increased child safety and protection of the Nursery’s property. The recording is stored and archived for 7 days; after that, it is deleted. The legal guardian acknowledges that there is a chip-based attendance system in the nursery and agrees that the Provider may process the child’s personal data to the extent necessary for recording the child’s attendance at the Nursery. The legal guardian further acknowledges that they have been informed of their right to:<\/p>\n
