Privacy Policy

The parent is informed, acknowledges, and agrees that the Provider is the controller of personal data within the meaning of personal data protection laws (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller“). The legal guardian acknowledges that the personal data of the minor child, parent, or authorized person will be processed in accordance with personal data protection laws for the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from the Contract, fulfilling obligations arising from provided state or European grants or legal regulations, for the necessary period either by the Controller or by these processors:

The Provider may have a camera system for increased child safety and protection of the Nursery’s property. The recording is stored and archived for 7 days; after that, it is deleted. The legal guardian acknowledges that there is a chip-based attendance system in the nursery and agrees that the Provider may process the child’s personal data to the extent necessary for recording the child’s attendance at the Nursery. The legal guardian further acknowledges that they have been informed of their right to:

• withdraw this consent at any time by sending a letter or email to the Founder;

• request the deletion of processed personal data;

• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection;
